    Website Tops 1.5 Million Hits In One Month

  • As we come to the close of the 2005/6 season, exclusive interviews with top line League Managers have pushed traffic on The LMA’s unadvertised site to reaching 1.5 million ‘hits’ in one month. An exclusive interview with Sir Alex Ferguson - syndicated out via the Press Association - was instrumental in this spike in web traffic.

    Following Digital Marmalade's advice to get proper accreditation for its stories, The LMA has now found that its profile is being significantly raised – with this particular story being quoted across the print press as well as the internet. Getting this accreditation for LMA generated stories is another step in the long walk to making the LMA a cornerstone of the English game in the same way as the FA, Premier League and PFA are.
