In 2014 Monarch Airlines carried over seven million passengers with the vast majority of flights being booked through Monarch's digital channels. A major project throughout 2014 was to improve the user experience of the booking process with the goal of increasing both booking conversions and up-sells of optional flight and travel extras. Revenue throughout the year rose 14 per cent to £767.5 million, with increases of 20% in ancillary sales. In September the website was ranked top airline in the eTravel Benchmark Study for usability.
King's Cross Pond Club is a natural bathing pond in the heart of London. The site is considered as a piece of innovative Land Art and its website reflects this through striking photography, clean design and the use of water effect animations. The responsive, content managed website features a dynamic ticketing engine that combines inventory, memberships, discounts and online payments.
Amby make and distribute baby hammocks, an alternative to the traditional cot that aims to simulate a more natural sleeping environment. We redesigned their site, bringing it up to date, making it fully responsive and making the large but necessary amount of content easier to navigate which hopefully will lead to more customers making an informed decision to buy. We built Amby a unique CMS using Marmalade Suite to allow them to change and update content and add pages using our page builder tool. We then redesigned the 'shop' half of the site removing barriers to purchase and making the user experience much smoother.
The Idle Man is a brand new ecommerce solution selling menswear. We were approached by them to help bring the product to market, and built a highly customised site using ecommerce platform Magento and utilising 3rd party modules such as Brightpearl for inventory management, ILG for shipping and Realex for payment handling. Working with branding agency, Tourist, we designed and built a slick, fully responsive, clean site which is very user friendly and is currently competing well with other fashion ecommerce sites in the market.

Alongside designing a web site for booking holidays, tours, safaris, villas and cruises, we were also instrumental in helping to change the culture of the organisation away from the high street into digital.
Intencity is a brand new concept in High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) by Fusion Lifestyle. The innovative class needed its own brand and identity, setting it apart not only from Fusion's other classes, but from all other HIIT classes. The red and black theme is inspired by 'the Red Zone' which is the ideal heart rate you aim to reach in the class as registered by custom chest bands and displayed on screens in the studio.
Hair brand Trevor Sorbie has a online shop selling its own brand beauty products. The shop was built on the Magento ecommerce platform. This powerful platform gives the shop manager full control over product information, commercial offers and performance reports. Magento is Digital Marmalade's preferred ecommerce solution.
Munchkin Kitchen is a family business making unique cupcakes, muffins, cookies and wedding cakes. The website features a custom made shopping basket that connects with PayPal. Within the first week of launching the website an order was placed that more then covered the cost of building the site... Munchkin were very happy!
BlueBella provide a unique platform for women to run their own lingerie party business. Digital Marmalade worked alongside US firm InfoTrax to connect an ecommerce engine to their 'genealogy' platform - enabling each BlueBella consultant to sell through their own replicated ecommerce site.
Charity Choice is a directory of over 160,000 charities. The website allows visitors to fundraise or donate directly to a charity or appeal. The custom built donation facility allows users to add gift aid to donations and pay card fees directly. The site also features sophisticated financial reporting.
