Development of Digital Strategy and Annual Production Plan for JTL Training

In order to successfully deliver everything that JTL Training need over the next year, we have produced an annual plan against its production budgets to show what we can produce on a monthly basis. What this means for us, is that we can do in-depth production planning and give JTL everything that it needs for cost management. It also means that we have an organised and a constant stream of work set out for us over the year – with defined deliverables for the client.

This plan has been worked very heavily in conjunction with the Marketing Director at JTL. It gives us a detailed map that illustrates key dates for JTL, like upcoming exhibitions and OFSTED inspections, for which certain phases of the project will need to be completed.
