Just three months after being commissioned to build the Medlink website, we’re pleased to say that it has now gone live!
Medlink is an event which allows sixth form students the opportunity to learn more about life within the medical industry, to help them to decide if it is a viable career choice. The Medlink four day course offers a complete experience for prospective medical students, and is made up of presentations, interview workshops, practical sessions, live surgery and practical advice on accessing specific medical university courses.
The new website is essentially client facing, and is designed to build awareness of Medlink’s business and brand. It contains details of the course and information on the company, with specific areas of the site for parents and schools. Delegates can see availability and book their place on a course. As Medlink had an existing e-commerce package to sell its products, it was essential that the site locked into this so that no additional investment was required.
We were restricted in the design of the site because Medlink had an existing logo which needed to be central to the brand. We’ve built upon it hugely though; creating a strong and memorable look and feel which will appeal to students, but also presents the truly professional nature of the company with great accuracy.
This project is ongoing, and we have big plans to build upon this site’s potential. We’ll keep you updated!
