Digital Marmalade Wins the Cosmos Holidays' Redesign & Development Contract

We’re very pleased to have been invited to help Cosmos Holidays redevelop its holiday booking website and overall digital strategy. As the UK's largest independent tour operator, Cosmos have until now been very focused on offering holidays through high street operations and printed brochures. The growth of the internet has allowed Cosmos the opportunity to push harder for direct bookings through its own website – an opportunity that they plan to make the most of. Cosmos’ strategy is to redirect all of its bookings from these more traditional avenues through to their online services and partner/affiliate sites.
The objective is very simple: to increase the number of bookings made online and enhance the user experience. This is easier said than done though, given the amount of competition within the online travel industry, but one which we are confident that we can achieve. We are approaching this project by breaking it down into manageable phases, presenting Cosmos with a staged digital strategy before we begin production.
