Fusion Lifestyle is an independent registered charity whose primary goal is to provide sport and leisure management services across the UK in partnership with local authorities and other organisations.

A vital role of the Fusion website is to communicate special offers and promotions to its audience. These messages are delivered in a variety of ways – from printed leaflets and targeted emails, to website banner adverts. The key objective of the promotions is, more often than not, to drive people to sign up for the offer via their website.

With a constant need to have member promotions across all of their 66 leisure facilities, we developed a tool allowing for very quick deployment of offers – which will speed up the process of developing sign-up web pages and HTML emails to a matter of minutes rather than days.

Using the Marmalade Suite content management system, the Fusion team will be able to create highly customisable, bespoke landing pages on-the-fly. These pages will contain information about the promotion as well as contact/sign-up forms which feed directly back into the Marketing Resource Management system managed by Gladstone. From making non-members aware of offers through to actually booking them onto free classes, the result is a true start to finish solution designed to make best use of technology and minimise human effort.

If a visitor is viewing the landing pages on a tablet or smartphone, that’s not a problem. The pages are fully responsive to allow consistent viewing quality across all platforms.

An elegant solution delivered in quick time which will make a huge difference to the organisation and, ultimately, the 66 leisure centres.
