After the successful launch of Golden Lane Sport & Fitness back in June, Fusion have been working hard using their custom CMS to populate content behind the scenes for their other 100+ sport and leisure facilities.
At the start of September, they went live with an additional 15 centre sites using the new system, the next step in moving across all of their websites for centres, the local authority sites that sit above these, and their own corporate website.
Customers at these centres can now register to book online with an email and password, as well as more easily browse activities and facilities, and find out about offers and promotions across devices.
We have seen really good take up of the new registration process, with over 6000 new accounts now active. In one week in September, Fusion saw more people join online through the new sites than they had in the whole month of September in 2015, which goes to show that an improved user journey and stand out calls to action really can make a difference.
Now that these centres have gone live, Fusion can continue working to bring the remaining content in line, and plan to launch the rest of the centres within the month.
