One of the biggest offerings by Fusion is Swim School and up until now the promotion and information on their website was relatively limited, not really grabbing the users’ attention, copy heavy and difficult to navigate.
Following on from a number of successful microsites like Kings Cross Pond, Fusion approached Digital Marmalade to build a standalone site that looked great and allowed customers to book their free assessments easily.
The resulting site utilises Fusion's character, 'Olly the Octopus', and is fun and clean. It's really easy to use, with a simple postcode finder locating your nearest swim school, and then a calendar with available sessions. The reams of copy from the old site have been put into a FAQs section which is easy to navigate and kinder on the eye.
The customer simply clicks their preferred day, chooses a time and goes through to book the session.
