The League Managers Association is constantly engaged in communications with its members and as such wanted a more robust and effective tool for creating and monitoring email campaigns.

The content and designs for the newsletter template were created and signed off. Digital Marmalade then constructed the newsletter within the Marmalade Suite’s Campaign Manager module. This module effectively gives the LMA the ability to generate and manage the content of the newsletter (including videos, and photos) through an intuitive user interface.

Once the content has been submitted, on the click of a button, a newsletter is generated online. The URL for the newsletter is then submitted to Campaign Monitor where the LMA member details are held. From here the newsletter is mailed out. The LMA can at any time log into Campaign Monitor and see activity reports detailing who and when each member has opened and read the newsletter.
