The latest research from the eTravel Multichannel Benchmark Study looks at what travel companies are doing to improve customer experience and increase conversions by comparing the usability of 33 leading UK travel websites, 24 mobile sites and 15 apps. Monarch.co.uk yet again outperformed much bigger players, and spenders. Its app and mobile booking process outperformed all its competitors for usability and was the highest rated airline mobile site and mobile app.
It also was voted top airline site for the following categories; “First Impressions”, “Initial Research” and “Search”.
It was placed just a fraction behind BA making it the second highest ranked airline website beating EasyJet, Jet2, Emirates and Lufthansa.
This is a fantastic result in the wake of all the hard work and effort invested in Monarch’s new mobile booking process and app along with the new Sitecore personalisation work.
