- 1st for first impressions with score of 85.6%
- 1st for initial research with score of 88.5%
- 1st for customer contact with score of 84.4%

**Overall (across whole travel sector)**

- 9th best travel site
- 8th best site for first impressions
- 3rd best site for initial research
- 11th best site for search results
- 8th best site for its booking process
