The Chapel Enhances its website with a blog & magazine

The Chapel have always embraced new web technologies and use the channel effectively when communicating with its customers and industry. Having won countless awards within the industry they strive to stay ahead of the game.
Managing Director, Toby Dicker explains “Our new year business resolution is to improve the client experience at all our salons, before, during and after their visit. One aspect is that we want to give both customers and people within the industry a platform to chat about all things related to hair and beauty. We asked Digital Marmalade to create a blog for us. We’re very happy with the system they delivered and it’s already gaining traction.”
We’ve also added a new feature to the website in the form of a ‘Page Turn’ interactive magazine (courtesy of Communikator Publishing). Again the idea is to give more to the customer and allow them to easily keep up with new fads within the industry.
