In 2014 Monarch Airlines carried over seven million passengers with the vast majority of flights being booked through Monarch's digital channels. A major project throughout 2014 was to improve the user experience of the booking process with the goal of increasing both booking conversions and up-sells of optional flight and travel extras. Revenue throughout the year rose 14 per cent to £767.5 million, with increases of 20% in ancillary sales. In September the website was ranked top airline in the eTravel Benchmark Study for usability.

Intencity is a brand new concept in High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) by Fusion Lifestyle. The innovative class needed its own brand and identity, setting it apart not only from Fusion's other classes, but from all other HIIT classes. The red and black theme is inspired by 'the Red Zone' which is the ideal heart rate you aim to reach in the class as registered by custom chest bands and displayed on screens in the studio.
