The Event Rider Masters is a new concept created by leading figures within equestrian sport. ERM are looking to revolutionise the world of eventing, developing the sport to be more appealing to TV and thus attracting a wider audience and bigger sponsorship deals - in much the same way as 20/20 refreshed cricket. The website has been designed to look elegant and sophisticated in order to establish credibility and position the sport in a manner that attracts the right kind of sponsors, Land Rover for example. Sport Passport is a sport skills learning and assessment platform, commissioned by Swim Wales and launched in 2016. Students are assessed on sport specific sets of objectives by instructors using pool side and pitch side apps. The learning process has been gamified to reward students as they progress by unlocking games, puzzles and prizes. The platform features comprehensive lesson management tools, bespoke course creation functionality and detailed progress reporting. Our primary goal in the site's evolution is to improve customer engagement and increase conversion rates throughout the customer journey when researching and booking flights, hotels and holidays across all devices. Independent Research ranked the Monarch website as the best online flight operator in the UK and in the top 10 within the travel industry, beating competitors many of whom had much bigger budgets!
