January saw a major upgrade to MyHealthe. Following engagement with the people who use the system, the feedback was that in addition to being able to track their child’s progress throughout their treatment with child and adolescent mental health services, they wanted resources in between treatments.
This led to the creation of the Virtual Waiting Room, a place where parents and caregivers can find services and resources to assist whenever needed. While we were at it, we gave the site a bit of a redesign as well.
MyHealthe continues to grow with over 10,000 patients now being managed through the system.
